Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities, ensuring that qualifications do not become outdated or obsolete and allowing individuals to continually ‘up skill’ or ‘re-skill’ themselves. Organisations may require their employees to engage in a range of CPD activities for a specified number of hours each year.
Does attendance on your courses qualify as CPD?
Yes, all our courses and workshops can be used towards the CPD requirements of each delegate.
Do you provide evidence for CPD?
Yes, we offer a certificate of attendance and completion for each of our courses that is suitable for inclusion in the delegate’s CPD evidence file. This certificate includes information on the date of attendance, course description, level and duration.
Are your courses CDP accredited?
No, we have taken a decision not to have our courses accredited so we can continuously update and improve them based on feedback from our delegates. Accreditation would mean that we would lose the flexibility to tailor our training materials for each organisation, which is one of our unique selling points.
